1. Services and Quotations

   • Estimates: All moving estimates and quotations are based on the declared volume of goods, distance, and required manpower. Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
   • Changes in Scope: Any additional items, multiple pickup/drop-off points, or narrow access issues not disclosed during the initial estimate may result in revised charges.
   • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a booking if the actual goods significantly differ from the declared inventory, or if the premises are deemed unsafe for our workers.

2. Customer Responsibilities

   To ensure a safe and smooth relocation, the customer agrees to the following:

   • Prohibited Items: Under no circumstances will we transport hazardous materials, explosives, flammable liquids, firearms, narcotics, or perishable food items.
   • Valuables: Customers must personally carry and secure all cash, jewelry, precious metals, laptops, mobile phones, and important personal/financial documents. We assume no liability for the loss of such items.
   • Vehicle Shifting: For car or bike transportation, the fuel tank must be emptied to a minimum level (just enough to drive on/off the carrier) to prevent leakage during transit. All relevant vehicle registration documents must be provided prior to loading.

3. Payment Terms

   • Advance Payment: A standard advance payment is required to confirm and schedule your booking.
   • Final Settlement: The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the final unloading of goods at the destination. We reserve the right to withhold delivery until the complete payment is successfully credited.

4. Insurance and Liability

   • Transit Risk: While we use premium packing materials and handle your belongings with the utmost care, all goods are transported at the owner's risk unless specialized transit insurance is actively purchased prior to the move.
   • Damage Claims: If transit insurance is purchased, any claims for external physical damage must be reported to our team in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Internal damages to electronic appliances are not covered unless there is visible external damage to the packaging.
   • Delays: We are not liable for transportation delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, highway closures, or inter-state border transit issues.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

   • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled packing date are eligible for a refund of the booking advance, minus any processing fees.
   • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the move, or after our team has already arrived at the pickup location, will forfeit the advance deposit to cover logistical costs.

6. Governing Law

   These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
